Apply To Co-present An Event

Gymnastics Victoria encourages all clubs to get involved with the event co-presentation program. The annual events calendar offers a diverse range of events suitable for clubs experienced in event management and for clubs looking to develop an events team for the first time.

The following is a summary of the co-presentation application process:

1. Assess your club’s ability to commit to the event co-presentation program
2. Review the events calendar to find details about event dates and hierarchy status.
3. Complete the Application to Co-present a GV Event form to bid for an event(s). 
4. Gymnastics Victoria will work with your club to draft a co-presentation agreement
