Victorian AEROSkools Championships

AEROSkools is a Sport Aerobics participation program delivered within schools by teachers or qualified fitness instructors, supported by an event scheme that enables students to also become members of Gymnastics Victoria and Gymnastics Australia. AEROSkools is aimed at children and youth (males and females) aged between 5 and 18 years of age within the government, private and nominational school system. AEROSkools requires no previous knowledge or experience on behalf of either the teacher or students and provides a sequential program of skill development over three separate levels.

Gymnastics Victoria delivers an annual Victorian AEROSkools Championships that is open to all schools within Victoria.
