From time to time all clubs have experienced difficult and sometimes painful HR issues. Now you can have help. The laws are complex and it is difficult to keep current with correct practice let alone best practice.
As a result GV is trialling a partnership with ’HR Plus’ to offer this service to its affiliated clubs.
Clubs receive:
- Unlimited phone and email advisory and support services from June 1st . Covering such things as
o Hiring staff
o Employment contracts
o Terminations
o Compliance with Modern awards
- Subscription to periodic HR Plus newsletter
- Modern Awards and updates
- Discounted rates on HR support and products outside the scope of this program
