Alex Eade is the Gymnastics Victoria Hero of the Month for February.

Alex is a role model to young aspiring gymnasts, her peers and the wider community. With 18 years of gymnastics behind her, Alex has had a decorated career with gold medals at both the 2018 Commonwealth Games and Gymnastics World Cup in Melbourne along with 10 Australian titles as a junior athlete and helping the Australian team win the Bronze Medal at the 2018 Commonwealth Games.

Alex is an outstanding member of the community not only has she had a fantastic personal career but now her dedication and service, working alongside teams as a coach and community figure to help inspire younger athletes.

Alex is a Gymnastics Australia accredited women’s artistic coach, allowing her to be able to share her significant knowledge and personal experience with everyone.

Alex's commitment to gymnastics was recognised at the 2019 Family Ball and Awards Night with Alex receiving a Service Award.
