Hero of the Month – Wendy Treble

Gymnastics Victoria are proud of having so many committed coaches, judges, volunteers and administrators across the State. We will be featuring Hero of the Month profiles – you can nominate a coach, judge, volunteer or administrator to be featured by clicking here.

Wendy is the Gymnastics Victoria Acrobatic Gymnastics Technical Director and works tirelessly to champion Acrobatic Gymnastics across the State.

She works closely with not only her home club of Nunawading Gymnastics and Sports Club but all of the Acrobatic Gymnastics Clubs in Victoria to improve the Acrobatic Gymnastics experience for all clubs.

She is also very passionate about involving new clubs in Acrobatic Gymnastics and seeing the development of the Acroschools program.

Wendy is full of knowledge gained from her extensive experience in Gymnastics.  Not only is she accredited as an Advanced Silver Acrobatic Gymnastics Coach and an FIG Acrobatic Gymnastics Judge but she also holds WAG Advanced Silver, GfA Advanced Silver as well as MAG Advanced Coaching qualifications.

On top of this, Wendy is also a Judge and Coach Presenter and Assessor, assisting to train the next generation of Acrobatic Gymnastics coaches and officials.

Wendy makes herself available to give feedback and assistance on both state and national routines and is always happy to go to clubs to give feedback.

Everyone from Acrobatic Gymnastics as well as the wider Victorian Gymnastics community appreciated all the great work that Wendy contributes to Acrobatic Gymnastics.
