Terms and Conditions

A "Club Member" is a coach currently registered with GV as a coach in another discipline, an athlete, judge or trainee coach working/volunteering with a GV registered club.

A "Non-member" is a coach/teacher working in a gymnastics setting not affiliated with the Victorian State gymnastic association.

Applications must include a qualified supervisor who is either a Level 2 coach, or must have participated in, and satisfactorily completed, a Supervisors' Workshop conducted by GV. Exceptions may be granted by the GV Education Director in very specific cases only.

The Early bird rate expires on the closing date of the course. Entries cannot be taken after 5:00 pm on the Wednesday prior to the course. Special considerations can be made for specific cases, however, a late fee of $50.00 applies.

The closing date is the Friday two weeks prior to the course date. If a viable number of bookings have not been received by this date, the course may be cancelled. Applications will be accepted after the stated closing date, however, the full price is payable.

Course places are limited; waiting lists apply. Acceptance of your application for participation in the course is at the sole discretion of GV.

Course fees do not include Gymnastics Australia technical membership registration fees.

Only paid applications will be accepted. Faxed entries must be accompanied by Credit Card details. Entries arriving without payment will be immediately returned to the applicant. Should you require a receipt, please enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

In the event of a participant wishing to withdraw or transfer from/to a course/workshop, a $50.00 cancellation/admin fee applies.

In the event of a participant cancelling after 5:00pm on the Wednesday prior to the event, no refund will be given.
