Back: Events > Senior Victorian Championships

The Men's, Women's and Rhythmic Gymnastics Victorian Championships is Gymnastics Victoria’s premier event. With over 500 participants, four days of gymnastics competition and live entertainment featuring Sports Aerobics, Acrobatic Gymnastics and AUS Cheer, this event is not to be missed!

When: Queen's Birthday Weekend, 8th - 11th June 2012

Where: State Netball Hockey Centre, Royal Park, Melbourne

Men's Gymnastics - Levels 2- Senior International

Spectators will be treated to the best men's gymnastics Victoria has on offer. Gymnasts in Level 7 - Senior will be fresh off competing at the 'Amazing' National Championships and will be ready to bring their 'A game' to Victorian Championships, featured will be two members from the 2011 World Championships team. Level 2 - 6 athletes will be ready and raring to compete in their peak competition for the year.

Women's Gymnastics - National Levels 6- 10 & International Levels 3 & 5

The event will showcase the best that Women's Gymnastics in Victoria has to offer. Gymnasts will be competing to gain State honours in team and individual competitions. Featured will be the 2012 State Team members in National Level 7 - 10, ready to show spectators why they were selected to represent us on the National stage. International level 3 & 5 gymnasts will impress audiences with their complex compulsory routines and attention to detail.

Rhythmic Gymnastics- National and International Levels 7- 10

The Rhythmic Gymnasts will compete in a one day competition for state titles in the overall and apparatus divisions. Aside from the individual competition the groups section will surely be one to watch!
